| QUESTION: What does the 'thread messages' link do? |
| Webmail can display the messages in your mail folders in either "threaded" or "unthreaded" mode. If Thread View is selected, Webmail will group related messages topically and hierarchically so that all replies to a message are listed underneath the originating message. Thus, in the threaded view all in- and outgoing communication derived from a particular message will be displayed together. In the unthreaded view, your messages, regardless of thread, will remain listed sequentially, based on time of receipt or other sort order. Use the links at the top and bottom of the folder view to switch between Thread View and Unthread View modes.
