QUESTION: What do Whitelist and Blacklist mean?

ANSWER:

When you add a sender to your Whitelist it tells Spam Xploder that you would like to receive email from this sender. When Spam Xploder receives email from senders on your Whitelist, the emails will be sent directly to your Inbox.

When you add a sender to your Blacklist it tells Spam Xploder that don't want to receive email from this sender. When Spam Xploder receives email from senders on your Blacklist, they will be discarded. Those emails won't appear in either your Inbox or your Bulk Mail folder. You will never see email from Blacklisted senders.

Blacklists and Whitelists are used even if Spam Filtering is turned off.
