QUESTION: How come I still get a lot of spam when I have my Spam Filtering set to On?

ANSWER:

You may wish to increase the strength of your Spam Xploder filter. The strength options start at Very Low and go up to Very High. By default, the strength setting is set at Medium. The higher strength you select, the greater the chance of legitimate email being marked as spam. However, if you feel too much spam is getting through you should raise the strength. You can always change it back later if you decide. To change your strength setting, click on Spam Settings in the top tool bar of your WebMail.

Next to Strength, select the new strength radio button and click Update.
