QUESTION: All my options have disappeared during Domain Name Forwarding, why?

ANSWER:

During the forwarding and/or masking set up process, your options will be disabled for a few seconds until your changes are saved in our system. Once changes are saved, you’ll see that the SAVE SETTINGS, CANCEL and CANCEL FORWARDING options are restored.
