DomainAlert tracks any changes to the domains it is monitoring. Specifically, DomainAlert keeps an eye on changes to the following elements:

• Registrar: DomainAlert will notify user of any change to a monitored domain’s registrar.
• Status: If a monitored www.domainnamepeople.com name changes its status to "unlocked," the DomainAlert user will be notified. As well, DomainAlert will notify the user of if a monitored non-www.domainnamepeople.com registered name goes into "pendDelete" or "redemptionPeriod" status, as this indicates that that domain might soon become available.
• Expiration date: Tracks any changes to the registration expiration date for any monitored domain.
• Name server: DomainAlert tracks name-server changes to monitored domains. Both the www.domainnamepeople.com-registered and the non-www.domainnamepeople.com registered ones.
